Human beings are afraid of what they do not know, which is why external society is afraid when it hears about prison and prisoners. With InGalera, inside the Bollate prison where the prisoners work, we tried to do something disruptive, taking our guests by the throat and bringing the bon ton behind bars. The pride of being able to do it is the pride of all those who are part of it: the pride of belonging. InGalera is on the Michelin guide thanks to the whole team: for the human being it is essential to belong to something that generates pride and respect from others. The inmates who work here also benefit from these aspects.
